LISOCORE® is a highly efficient and ultra-lightweight hollow-core panel composed of a three-dimensional structure bonded between two thin facings.
The perforations are specifically designed to ensure a perfect fit of the inner 3D structure, which is glued near the holes to create an exceptionally solid product — significantly stronger than conventional hollow-core panels.
The special core design of the LISOCORE® panel forms longitudinal, transverse, and diagonal hollow channels, ideal for cable routing from one end to the other.

WHAT IS A HOLLOW-CORE PANEL?

The hollow-core panel is a type of board used in the production of furniture and interior fittings, particularly appreciated for its lightness.
It consists of a perimeter frame made of plywood, particleboard, or MDF, onto which two facing sheets are glued, creating a central hollow section.
Specifically, the internal section of the LISOCORE® hollow-core wood panel is filled with a cardboard honeycomb structure that significantly increases its strength while maintaining its light weight.
